Game Design
Astria: Battle of the Planets is a narrative-based sci-fi escape game created in response to a University brief. The brief required a self-determined case study to be carried out to further investigate interactive and narrative-based media. This project allowed me to delve deeper into the world of immersive storytelling and the implementation of interactive design through the use of Unreal Engine 4.26. A Pre-Vis and cut walkthrough of the game play were created to illustrate the project plans and showcase our findings through the creation of the game. This project was a great opportunity to further explore industry workflows, standards and trends.
